I have to get a new location. My landlord for the shop is a jerk. I need to find a better spot. The roof still leaks, the hot water heater quit and flodded because he never maintained or drained it. (I asked about how I should drain it and maintain that.) And I got a new water heater. An on demand one which will be much better but I need the shelf lowed to install. He doesn't want me driling holes in the wall and wants to do them himself. But I can't have him come in here because I'll have to stab him in the back with something. So actually Noodles had it right. He's never going to paint the outside and it's peeling and embarassing. The lights and vents...I want to scream! LOL! If I follow my heart I'll stab the f***er!
As for my hubber, I am giving him a go for sure. I love the dude and have a great connection with him. But yeah, I'll let him go too if it doesn't work out. He's smart enough to know that he has to fix himself or he'll loose me. See "the fight".
